GTM Strategy & Operations

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day revenue operations of a fast growing Revenue team
• Develop and track key revenue metrics through dashboards and reporting
• Analyze data to drive execution and identify opportunities for operational improvements
• Initiate and manage cross-functional initiatives to increase alignment across Plaid
• Establish operating model for GTM Revenue; run monthly reviews and analysis

🎯 Requirements

• A passion for financial services innovation
• 4-6 years in ops or revenue ops, investment banking, or consulting
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and presentation skills
• Ability to distill complex issues into structured frameworks and action plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams
• Proficiency with BI tools and CRM; Salesforce, Tableau, SQL
