GTM Strategy & Operations Analyst

📋 Description

• Partnering closely with the GTM leadership team, regional sales leaders to support sales teams
• Partner with key cross-functional stakeholders, including but not limited to Marketing, Finance
• Shape the processes and go-to-market support model for a rapidly growing company, and make a
• Support the GTM leadership with intelligence and insight to accelerate growth
• Support Sales Strategy and Operations colleagues by standardizing global and regional common
• Deep dive into key performance metrics and drive deep understanding of business performance

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of sales, strategy and operations experience in a high-tech growth environment, or
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and other advanced analytics tools
• Proficiency in BI visualization tools
• Experience leveraging AI to analyze data / derive insights, automate processes, or create reports /
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to solving unique business problems
