• Own the most important metrics and drive outcomes
• Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives with Product, Brand Success, Marketing, Data Science
• Manage a small Strategy & Operations team; coach, prioritize, set vision
• Break down complex and ambiguous strategic and analytical problems
• Build scalable operational processes and fill gaps to drive impact
• Develop, refine, and execute go-to-market strategies

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in strategic/operational roles (business ops, consulting, or finance)
• Experience managing people and go-to-market teams
• Strategic problem solver; break down ambiguity with first principles
• Scrappy and resourceful; you always find a way to make it happen
• Analytical and metrics-focused; define KPIs and measure performance
• Proficient in Excel + SQL
