  • Design, execute, and scale Growth Strategy & Ops for Global Account Management.
  • Build AM operations cadence: book building, assignment, pipeline hygiene.
  • Define KPIs and dashboards; post-initiative reviews with Data Science/Finance.
  • Create AI-driven automation and event-driven automations across GTM stack with CRM.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, Eng to deliver end-to-end programs on time and to spec.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment, roadmaps, and pilots across regions and orgs.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 5+ years in strategy & ops, GTM or consulting (SaaS/FinTech).
  • Builder's bias toward action: ship prototypes and iterate.
  • Hands-on automation with Salesforce, Clay, Zapier, n8n; API-enabled.
  • Experience with Looker, Snowflake, SQL; data-driven insights.
  • Document PRDs/BRDs and partner with tech teams.
  • Solid understanding of Account Management or GTM motions (retention/expansion).
