GTM Strategy & Operations Senior Manager

📋 Description

• Lead ops for DeFi and EVM sidechains, with governance and partners.
• Build a multi-year ecosystem growth plan with product/partnership teams.
• Define shared metrics for hubs/programs (RWA grants, hackathons, devs).
• Coordinate cross-functional projects for stablecoins, credit, and tokenization.
• Support VP of Partnerships in quarterly/annual planning and pipelines.
• Expand on-chain yield use cases and measure deployments and engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years in strategy/ops in Web3/fintech/tech/consulting.
• Proven ops support for Sales, BD, or Delivery teams.
• Strong crypto knowledge; bonus for L1s, tokenization, stablecoins, DeFi.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and project execution.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient with dashboards and data tools in fast-changing envs.
