GTM Strategy & Operations Territory Analyst

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end territory carving and validation.
• Manage territory change requests and triage sales asks.
• Coordinate territory rollouts with DM/AE alignment and validation.
• TAM analysis by cuisine type and geography; GPV potential.
• Build headcount case: size territories and plan hiring.
• Evaluate territory equity using historical data and market insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years in analytical or operations roles.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets; large datasets; SQL/BI tools a plus.
• Experience with CRM systems; Salesforce a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; present findings to leadership.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing context.
• Bias toward action; draw conclusions from incomplete data.
