GTM Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success clouds
• Build and maintain declarative automation (Flows, validation rules, approval processes) as GTM
• Own data quality in Salesforce end to end, including deduplication, validation rules, and routine
• Act as the first line of support for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success users. Triage tickets
• Administer adjacent GTM tools such as Gong and Apollo.io, covering configuration, user access, and
• Partner with the Senior Manager, GTM Systems and the wider RevOps team on the Salesforce roadmap

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a hands-on Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Deep declarative Salesforce skills across Flows, validation rules, permission sets, and page
• Experience owning data quality end to end, including dedupe, validation, and hygiene processes.
• Strong customer-service instincts and clear communication with users who are not technical.
• High attention to detail and a habit of documenting configuration changes so they stay maintainable.
• Able to run multiple support requests and project work in parallel, and open to picking up admin
