GTM Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day health of GTM platforms, CRM config, and workflows.
• Maintain clean data flows across GTM tools; ensure reliable signal travel.
• Enforce data quality, deduplication, and field taxonomy for trusted reports.
• Be the technical partner for GTM teams; triage issues and scale solutions.
• Evaluate new GTM tech and AI tools; support renewals and adoption.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced CRM admin proficiency; Salesforce/HubSpot cert preferred.
• 2-4 years in RevOps/Marketing/Sales Ops in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience linking marketing automation, CRM, and revenue tools (6sense, Gong).
• Translate abstract business goals into scalable technical configurations.
• Strong analytical skills; diagnose data discrepancies and present findings.
• Instinctive troubleshooter; proactive problem solving.
