GTM Systems and Business Process Manager - Renewals and CX

📋 Description

• Serve as translation layer between field and technical teams; power user of renewal tools.
• Surface pain points and bottlenecks via interviews, shadowing, and data analysis.
• Own the process improvement lifecycle; map workflows and identify gaps.
• Track adoption post-launch; close the feedback loop with stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional alignment; facilitate sessions across Renewals, CS, Rev Ops, and Eng Tech.
• Escalation point for field teams to raise tool friction or workflow changes.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in business operations or revenue operations; GTM experience preferred.
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured requirements.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams; agile/product a plus.
• Exposure to renewals, CS, or SaaS GTM motions preferred.
• Strong AI CSM tool understanding to boost productivity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; explain tech to CS.
