📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce-related operational and process inquiries from the
• Respond to and triage complex process questions, identifying root causes and recommending scalable
• Partner with stakeholders to refine and evolve workflows based on business needs
• Drive and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Salesforce enhancements, releases, and

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Systems Administrator with Salesforce Partner Ecosystem
• Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and how it can integrate with other tools, along with
• Outstanding ability to maintain Salesforce documentation and communicate at all levels of the
• Strong data management abilities, including working knowledge of SQL/SOQL, and a strong
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple concurrent initiatives
