GTM Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship AI agents and automations across the GTM motion.
• Own core Salesforce and GTM systems architecture.
• Govern and maintain DevOps hygiene for secure, reliable stack.
• Integrate with data tools like Snowflake, Fivetran, Airflow.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, PM to maximize AI leverage.
• Set up monitoring and guardrails for AI features.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building automation and integrations in GTM/RevOps.
• Hands-on Salesforce: declarative, Apex/SOQL, DevOps.
• Production iPaaS/MCP experience: Workato, Zapier, n8n.
• Fluency with AI tooling: LLMs, agents, orchestration.
• SQL and Python or scripting for pipelines.
• Builder mindset: ship, learn, iterate.
