📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, owning configuration, data models, objects and
• Maintain Salesforce as a reliable system of record, ensuring data integrity through deduplication
• Partner with Sales and business leaders to improve prospecting, pipeline, customer lifecycle, and
• Own and scale Cadence, Findem's AI-powered GTM operations platform, including integrations and data
• Design, build, and deploy AI agents and automations that streamline the revenue process from lead
• Identify manual and repetitive GTM processes and transform them into automated, agent-driven

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, including configuration, Flows, reports, dashboards
• Experience working with Salesforce integrations, including REST APIs, Connected Apps, OAuth
• Understanding of GTM platforms such as HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, and how these systems integrate with
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and a strong interest in building AI-powered workflows and
