GTM Technical Onboarding Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own design and delivery of day 30–90 onboarding for technical GTM roles
• Define learning outcomes and readiness standards with GTM leaders
• Build curricula and learning paths translating product concepts into job behavior
• Design hands-on experiences like labs, demos, simulations, and scenarios
• Create assessments and certifications to signal proficiency
• Partner with Product, SMEs, and GTM leaders to refresh content as products evolve

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years in technical enablement or customer-facing tech roles
• Fluency in complex products, architectures, integrations, and deployments
• Experience with deeply technical SaaS platforms
• Strong discovery, scoping, and solution judgment
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical, role-specific guidance
• Willingness to work in SF office; strong cross-functional collaboration and program management skills
