Guest Experience Host Performer

📋 Description

• Deliver immersive performances and scripted/improv material.
• Lead guided play programs, demos, crafts, and slime sessions.
• Host and direct guest flow as a Character Host (Mascot Handler).
• Adapt programming for different ages and group sizes with energy.
• Drive sales by engaging families and meeting KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be local to the Mc Lean, VA area and authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Must have energy, enthusiasm, and a guest-first mindset.
• Must have passion for selling and working with people; retail/childcare/arts experience.
• Must be able to adapt programming to different ages and group sizes; strong teamwork.
