• Proactive guest outreach before/after checkout to gather feedback.
• De-escalate complaints and turn experiences positive.
• Negotiate incentives to encourage 5-star reviews.
• Respond to online reviews across Airbnb, Vrbo, Google, Booking.com.
• Manage reservations and pricing using a property management system.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent English; 5/5 on comm assessments.
• Confident, professional phone communicator.
• Results-oriented with targets and KPIs.
• Prior vacation rental or hospitality experience preferred.
• Highly organized; able to work independently in remote setup.
• Technical readiness: wired 30 Mbps, i5 11th Gen+, Windows/macOS, 8 GB RAM.
