Guest Onboarding Consultant I - French Speaking

📋 Description

• Partner with restaurant owners during Go-Live to ensure timely onboarding.
• Help staff use Toast to manage labor, costs, and guest relations.
• Consult with clients in French or English to define pre-Go-Live configuration needs.
• Conduct remote site assessments to determine networking needs.
• Onboard remotely and document installation and deviations from best practices.
• Lead onboarding training for staff on Toast workflows to optimize operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual in French.
• 3+ years in customer satisfaction and operations (e.g., restaurant GM).
• Proven ability to work independently with competing priorities.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
• Nice to have: POS experience; payroll; Salesforce CRM; SaaS; training.
