📋 Description

• Greet all guests, clients, vendors, and team members warmly and professionally, and set an
• Answer questions and provide clear, helpful information about the building, scheduled activities
• Anticipate and accommodate special requests whenever possible, or promptly escalate them to the
• Engage guests in friendly, professional conversation to identify opportunities to recognize
• Receive packages, deliveries, and mail, and promptly notify the appropriate team members.
• Securely store and monitor guest luggage in the designated area.

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years in hospitality, front desk, guest services, or comparable client-facing role.
• Current Nevada security guard registration or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must pass a comprehensive background investigation.
• Must live in the Las Vegas, NV area.
• Valid Driver's License.
