📋 Description

  • Primary contact for in-stay guests via email, chat, and text

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English for guest-facing communication
  • Prior STR/vacation rental or hospitality operations experience
  • Hands-on experience with Guesty or similar PMS
  • Strong tech aptitude and ability to learn new tools
  • Organizational mindset with living documents and workflows
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
