Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries via email, phone, and OTA messaging.
Provide accurate information on bookings, services, policies.
Resolve guest complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
Assist with bookings, reservations, and reservations sales.
Coordinate with internal teams (Property Managers/Property Owners) to meet guest requests.
Create, update, and maintain guest communication templates and FAQs.

🎯 Requirements

Excellent written and verbal English skills.
Must be located within Metro Manila, Philippines or Tamil Nadu, India.
Previous experience in guest services, reservations, or related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Short-term vacation rental experience (Airbnb/VRBO) is a must.
