Guidewire Platform Developer

📋 Description

• Develop, configure, and maintain Guidewire InsuranceSuite across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
• Build Guidewire apps using Gosu, product model configuration, and workflow customization.
• Design and implement integrations between Guidewire and external systems (messaging, batch, plugins).
• Collaborate with analysts, product teams, engineers, and SMEs to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Participate in architecture and design reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Support Guidewire Cloud upgrades and modernization initiatives with minimal operational impact.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Guidewire development in enterprise environments.
• Strong Gosu programming and Guidewire data model expertise.
• Experience customizing Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter).
• Knowledge of Guidewire product models, rules design, configuration, and architecture.
• Experience with Guidewire integrations (messaging, batch processes, plugins).
• Strong SQL skills with Guidewire database schemas.
• ACE certifications and Guidewire Cloud upgrades knowledge are a plus.
