• Welcome and actively engage with customers in service areas and on the sales floor
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to ensure a positive shopping experience, including
• Unload delivery truck, receive, open and unpack merchandise and tag items with security tags
• Process, stock and actively replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stockroom
• Handle payments at the cash register, process all transactions, provide receipts, fold and place
• Inform customers about H&M loyalty program and promote it
