📋 Description

• Responsible for the total OMNI customer experience in the store, ensuring visual and commercial
• Representing the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
• Be aware of department strengths, identify commercial opportunities, and act on them
• Establish and analyze sales and budget goals, creating plans to optimize results
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that the team works towards
• Follow up that the team is actively promoting the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store
