• Responsible for the total OMNI customer experience in the store, ensuring visual and commercial
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
• Identify and act on commercial opportunities in the department
• Establish and analyze sales and budget goals, creating plans to optimize results
• Ensure customer service in all store areas and promote selling to customers
• Promote Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
