• Analyze sales and budget goals, create plans to optimize results
• Ensure customer service and promote Customer Loyalty App
• Recruit, onboard, performance-manage, upskill and develop team
• Secure clean sales floor and commercial product presentation
• Manage opening/closing of store and ensure procedures followed
