• Support the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer
• Supporting the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial
• Maintain up-to-date fashion and trend awareness and ensure your team provides product and fashion
• Retain and share your knowledge and skills with the Store team and collaborate with in-store Visual
• Ensure correct routines in fitting room and checkout, including transaction, returns and exchanges
• Secure a clean and tidy sales floor and back of house including stockroom areas
