📋 Description

• Support the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer
• Ensure visual and commercial curation according to global guidelines. Represent the H&M brand
• Identify commercial opportunities and work with the Department Manager to act on them.
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that the team actively promotes
• Ensure correct routines in fitting room and checkout, including transactions, returns, and
• Handle all admin routines for both people and operations correctly.
