• Support the Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer
• Work in accordance with legal requirements and H&M standards, policies, and procedures
• Support the total OMNI customer experience in the store, ensuring visual and commercial curation
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
• Be aware of and take responsibility for the department's strengths, identifying commercial
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and that the team actively promotes
