• Support the total OMNI customer experience in your store, ensuring visual and commercial curation
• Represent H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify commercial opportunities and work with Department Manager to act on them.
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and team can actively promote and
