• Support Sales and Profit goals in the store by delivering the Best Customer Experience in the
• Work per H&M standards, policies, and legal requirements to meet customer and colleague
• Manage day-to-day tasks including fitting room and checkout routines, admin routines, and store
• Promote Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure visual and commercial presentation aligned with global guidelines; maintain stock and floor
