• Support Sales and Profit goals in the store
• Deliver the Best Customer Experience in the department and overall store
• Support the total OMNI customer experience in the store
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions
• Identify commercial opportunities and work with Department Manager to act on them
• Promote Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
