• Support Sales and Profit goals in the store by executing a plan to deliver the Best Customer
• Support total OMNI customer experience, ensuring visual and commercial curation according to global
• Represent the H&M brand positively during customer interactions.
• Identify commercial opportunities and work with Department Manager to act on them.
• Ensure customer service is provided in all areas of the store and team promotes products actively.
• Promote Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
