📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service, welcome & guide customers through the store to actively
• Use fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with relevant information for the best
• Work on garment refill & care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories & products in all areas of the store.
• Effectively promote and sell products to customers.
• Actively promote Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) & in-store sustainability initiatives.

• Sales experience working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
• Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail or other service-related industries.
