📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through store and OMNI experience
• Promote and sell products, including using fashion knowledge to advise customers
• Promote customer loyalty app (Hello Member) and sustainability initiatives
• Maintain store presentation - garments, visual merchandising, stock replenishment
• Operate fitting rooms, checkout, and OMNI services (Click & Collect, etc.)
• Support with opening and closing of store

• Sales experience in dynamic collaborative environment
• Customer service experience in fashion, retail or service-related industries
• Passionate about fashion and customer experience
