📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service, welcome and guide customers through store and OMNI experience
• Promote and sell products, actively promote customer loyalty app and sustainability initiatives
• Maintain fashion and trend awareness to share relevant information
• Complete garment cycle (unpacking, refill, steaming, garment care)
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas
• Maintain clean and tidy sales floor and back of house

🎯 Requirements

• Sales experience in dynamic and collaborative environment
• Customer service experience in fashion, retail, or service industries
