📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and OMNI experience
• Promote and sell products, and promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member)
• Support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets
• Maintain up-to-date fashion and trend knowledge
• Complete garment cycle including unpacking, refill, steaming, and ensuring good garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices

• Motivated by providing customers with a great experience
• Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, and flexibility
• Sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Experience in customer service in fashion, retail, or service-related industries
