• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store and OMNI
• Actively sell products and guide customers through fashion trends, stories and products
• Promote Customer Loyalty App and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors and influencers
• Share service, fashion and store operations knowledge with colleagues
