• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store
• Actively sell products and support customers with information and guidance
• Use fashion and product knowledge to assist customers
• Support garment refill and care, maintain sales floor and back of house
• Promote Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives
• Support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets
