• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming and guiding customers through the store to actively
• Use fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with relevant information for the best
• Work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and
• Engage customers in conversations to provide excellent service and guide them through fashion
• Promote and sell products effectively, actively promoting the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member)
• Represent the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
