• Provide excellent customer service
• Welcome and guide customers through the store to actively sell products
• Use fashion and product knowledge to provide customers with relevant information
• Work on garment refill and care, presentation, and contribute to a clean and tidy sales floor and
• Guide customers through fashion trends, stories, and products in all areas of the store
• Effectively promote and sell products to customers

• Communicative, creative, curious, motivated, flexible, decisive, and action-oriented
• Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Sales experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment
• Experience working with customer service in fashion, retail, or other service-related industries
