📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service to welcome and guide customers through the store and OMNI
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and promote fashion trends, stories, and products
• Promote products and effectively sell to customers
• Actively promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets with the store management team
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and garment care
