• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience where

• Assist with garment refill, care, presentation, and keep sales floor and back of house tidy.
• Support store team to reach sales targets and participate in onboarding and training.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all interactions and promote loyalty app and
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas per best practices and follow store procedures.
