📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through the store and OMNI
• Use fashion and product knowledge to guide customers through trends, stories, and products in all
• Actively promote Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Represent H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.
• Support commercial and operational actions to reach sales targets with store management team.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, styles, brands, products, competitors, and influencers.
