📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service, welcoming & guiding customers through the store
• Support customers with direct customer service, including OMNI experience where available
• Engage customers in conversations and promote fashion trends, stories & products
• Effectively promote and sell products, including the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and
• Complete full garment cycle from unpacking and refill to steaming and ensure good garment care
• Operate fitting room and checkout areas according to best practices
