• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store to actively sell products
• Utilize fashion and product knowledge to inform customers for the best experience
• Maintain garment refill and care, and keep the sales floor and back of house tidy
• Collaborate with store team to deliver an excellent customer experience
• Engage customers about fashion trends, stories and products
• Promote the Customer Loyalty App (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for fashion with customer service experience in retail or similar
• Strong communication, creativity, curiosity, flexibility and teamwork
• Ability to engage customers and drive sales
• Experience in dynamic, collaborative environments
• Willingness to learn and participate in onboarding and trainings
• Knowledge of fashion trends and product information
