Engage with customers to promote products and discuss fashion trends
Promote Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives
Maintain garment presentation; ensure clean, tidy sales floor and back of house
Complete garment cycle: unpack, refill, steam, care; operate fitting room and checkout
Support opening/closing and follow health & safety guidelines

Passion for fashion and customer service
Sales experience in dynamic retail
Strong communication, creativity and collaboration
Enjoy working in a collaborative and dynamic environment
Experience in fashion/retail customer service
