📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service: welcome & guiding customers through the store and omni
• Engage with customers to discuss fashion trends, stories and products.
• Promote and sell products and represent the H&M brand positively.
• Support loyalty program (Hello Member) and in-store sustainability initiatives.
• Contribute to a clean, tidy sales floor and back of house, including stockrooms.
• Open/close store and support with stock replenishment and operations as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for fashion and customer service experience in retail or service industries.
• Strong communication, creativity, teamwork and a collaborative mindset.
• Sales experience in dynamic environments and ability to meet sales targets.
• Ability to stay informed on fashion trends and product knowledge.
• Willingness to learn and develop through onboarding and trainings.
