📋 Description

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store
• Engage with customers to discuss fashion trends and products
• Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets
• Promote Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Maintain clean, tidy sales floor and back of house
• Assist with garment care, replenishment and visual merchandising

🎯 Requirements

• Passion for fashion and customer service
• Strong communication, creativity and collaboration
• Experience in retail or service environments
• Sales experience in dynamic, team-based settings
• Willingness to learn and participate in onboarding/training
