• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store

• Support garment care, presentation, and store housekeeping
• Engage customers with the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives
• Operate fitting rooms and checkout areas per best practices
• Contribute to a clean, organized sales floor and back of house
