📋 Description

• Manage the full store team, including recruiting, onboarding, training, and development
• Ensure a high-quality omni customer experience in-store, aligning with visual and commercial
• Analyze sales data, set budgets, and create plans to optimize store results and profitability
• Ensure high visual merchandising and commercial standards are maintained in-store
• Lead the team to provide excellent customer service and drive sales, including promoting the Hello
• Monitor fashion trends and competitor activity to identify commercial opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant experience in a leadership position
• Retail management and retail operations experience
• Strong leadership and team coaching/development skills
• Confident communication and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to work with numbers and manage statistics
• Experience collaborating closely with a team
