📋 Description

• Execute visual & commercial curation per guidelines in store
• Coach and develop store team on visual/brand standards
• Coordinate workload with Store Management and Area Visual Manager
• Launch and maintain global campaigns and sale activities
• Ensure garment care, stock, allocation input, and KPI follow-ups
• Improve customer flow and store presentation to support sales targets

• Curious, creative, proactive with strong communication
• Experience in visual/merchandising in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of visual, commercial, operational best practices
• Ability to analyze selling data and weekly sales reports
